International Digital Assets LLC ("IDA", "we", "us" or "our") is a company based in the Greater New York Area, United States, providing automation, AI workflow and operational consulting services to small and mid-sized businesses in the US, Spain and Latin America.

This policy explains what information we collect through this website (international-digital-assets.com), how we use it, and the choices you have.

The only personal information we collect through this site is what you choose to submit through our contact form: your name, work email address, company name, company size, a short description of your primary operational challenge, and, optionally, your company website URL.

We do not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site, and we do not ask for or collect payment information here.

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry, assess whether our services are a good fit, and follow up about the specific request you made.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Contact form submissions are sent through Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a third-party form-processing service that delivers your message to us by email. Web3Forms acts as a data processor on our behalf for this purpose; see their privacy policy at web3forms.com/privacy for details on how they handle submitted data.

This site also loads webfonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Loading these fonts may expose your IP address and browser information to Google as part of that request.

We do not currently use any additional subprocessors beyond Web3Forms and Google Fonts. If that changes — for example if we adopt a CRM or a dedicated email provider to manage inquiries — we will update this policy to name them.

This site does not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for full details, and for what will change if that ever does.

We retain contact-form submissions for up to 24 months from the date of your last interaction with us, after which they are deleted unless a longer period is needed to comply with a legal obligation or to continue a business relationship with you.

Depending on where you are located — for example the European Union, the UK, Spain, or a US state with its own privacy law — you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 11 below. We do not have a separate Data Protection Officer at this time — privacy requests are handled through the same contact channel as general inquiries.

Our services are directed at businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 16 through this site.

Because we operate between the United States, Spain and Latin America, information you submit may be processed in the United States. Where required for transfers of personal data out of the EEA or UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, or another legally recognized transfer mechanism.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
